Ages
Ages refer to the age not yet reached at the time of the stay (example: the 0–13 discount applies to children who have not yet turned 13).
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are guaranteed from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Full board starts with dinner on the first day and ends with lunch on the departure day.
The entire complex, including rooms and beach, is covered by free Wi-Fi service.
Free child policy
From 0 to 13 years: one child always stays free. From 0 to 13 years, the second and third child receive a 50% discount. Meals for young guests are included. A camping-style baby cot, if requested, costs €10 per day. Find out more.
The rates
They are per paying person per day in a double room and include: full board, air conditioning, use of the beach (with one umbrella, one deck chair and one sunbed) and V.A.T. In the case of one adult with one child, the Double Single Use surcharge will be charged. Learn more.

Paid services
- Top Formula: Reserved beach umbrella in the 1st row, late check-out at 12:00 pm, first minibar supply (6 soft drinks + 4 juices + 2 non-alcoholic aperitifs), 2 bottles of water (0.5 L) in the room daily, 2 complimentary beach towels. €210.00 per week per room (minimum 7 nights).
- First Row Beach Umbrella: €20.00 per day.
- Extra Sunbed: €6.00 per day (subject to availability).
- Garage: €18.00 per day.
- Pets: Small size only (max 10 kg), €20.00 per day. Limited access to the restaurant.
- Infant Cot: Camping model, €10.00 per day. Short stays (1–3 days): +10% supplement.
Club Card
Mandatory from 3 years old (not included in the stay price):
- June, July and September: €7.00 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 days).
- August: €8.00 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 days).
Family vacation
In addition to the many activities aimed at fostering moments of aggregation between children and parents, families (two adults and two children 0-13 years old) are allowed to equally enjoy the reductions provided for children, even benefiting from two rooms, as well as there is a reduction for a child staying with only one adult.
Club for family
Children and teens from 3 to 16 years old, from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. (excluding Saturdays), will be supervised in sports and recreational activities by good entertainers, to enjoy a fun-filled vacation with new experiences. Every evening dances, songs and entertainment shows. Children's playground, beach inflatables and an indoor toy library are available. Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled within the required time limits (at least 3 days before arrival), the deposit will remain valid for other stays during the current or following summer season.
- No-show: In case of cancellation beyond the deadline or failure to arrive, the deposit will not be made available.
- Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable except in cases supported by appropriate medical documentation, for which a full refund will be issued.
Animals
Allowed in the hotel if small and on request, €20.00 each per day. Limited access to the restaurant.
Tourist tax
The tax is not included in the quote and must be paid on site:
- Hotel President: €2.00 per day per person (aged over 14), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
